Selling to customers online is no different for us than serving customers in our shop, most of our customers come to us time and time again because of our great service.

Online we make a big deal about being upfront about our costs, all the prices you see on our site are inclusive of VAT

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders going to a UK address with 2nd Class Royal Mail, you also have the option to upgrade your order to 1st Class Royal Mail - £2.95, or next day guaranteed signed for service - £6.95.

If your order is over £100 we ship the products to you for FREE on our next day guaranteed signed for service.

Many customers are surprised to learn that the cost of engraving on the site includes as much text you would like (as long as we can fit it in) and if you have a corporate logo we are happy to add this as well. There is no extra cost to have a logo engraved provided you supply it to us in a vector format eg. (Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD, or .svg).
