We will be happy to exchange the Goods or provide you with a full refund provided that, the Goods have not been personalised or engraved or damaged. You should contact us first and within 30 days of your purchase.

If you have already collected the Goods or where we have already delivered the Goods to you, you must return the Goods to us in the same condition that they were supplied to you and in the original un-damaged packaging.

For un-engraved silver plated products we will have to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 30%.

This right of return is in addition to any other rights, warranties or conditions available to you.
