How do I know if my order has been received?
Great question. After you've completed your shopping experience with theEdge: engraving & awards we'll send an email, confirming receipt of the order

How long will my order take to process?
We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days but sometimes you'll need your awards quicker, please phone us to chat about it. We'll always ask you for a "must have by" date, no point in having a presentation without the awards. We will endeavour to work within your timeframe where possible, please call us to discuss.

I nearly forgot, do you have an engraving service?
Yes, we do. We have in house facilities for computerised engraving and CNC milling, laser engraving and laser cutting, sand blasting, acid etching.....and something else..oh, what was it? Ah yes, hand engraving.

That's excellent news, how do I give you the info?
Please email your instructions to engraving@theEdge.uk.com after you place your order, remember to quote your unique order number

I really can't be bothered with that, can I not just send you a word document?
Yes, you could hand write it, on a piece of loo roll if you wanted (unused please), as long as it's legible, it's ok with us.

Do I need to check the spelling?
Ehm, let me think......YES!

How will you know which trophy has what engraving?
You'll let us know.

Will you engrave my company or club crest or logo?
Yes, no problem.

How should I send the artwork?
It's always best to send a vector image, something like a *.ai *.cdr or *.eps, but for some engravings, a high resolution black & white jpeg or tiff will do. You could always phone us to check.

How do I know when my order is ready?
When your order is "ready to go", we'll email you with the relevant delivery details, including courier and consignment number along with tracking information.

Ok, how about delivery, what couriers do you use?
We normally, use Initial Citylink or RoyalMail but we may use other reputable couriers from time to time. In all cases, we'll use a guaranteed next day service where possible, which also needs to be signed for. These services generally include insurance against loss or damage.

Would you like me to pay for the order?
Another good question. Yes please. We accept most major credit and debit cards, please enter the information in our very user friendly shopping cart.

Ahh, but what if i don't want to give you my card details?
No worries, you can't be too careful these days. We also accept cheques made payable to theEdge: engraving & awards. You can pay by BACS transfer through your internet banking, or if you're local and would prefer to pick your order up from our store, we will still accept cash!

That's interesting but if I write you a cheque, do you not require cleared funds before despatch?
Yes.

Can I return items for a refund?
Yes but you'll need to chat to us first though. Obviously we won't be able to accept damaged or engraved goods back, sorry but anything else, which hasn't been personalised, should be fine. We will need to charge a 20% re-stocking fee sorry. For un-engraved silver or silver plated products we will need to charge up to a 30% re-stocking fee.

My order has arrived in bits, what are you going to do about it?
We will replace any damaged or broken items you received from us, all you need to do is inspect the packaging before signing for your parcel and let us know of any breakages within 2 days of receipt

You've sent the wrong order! What happens now?
In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

What are your bank details for a BACS transfer?
We bank with Royal Bank of Scotland, our account name is theEdge: engraving & awards, our account number is 10156851 and our sort code is 83-04-25. Please always quote your unique order number when paying by BACS, please also email us to let us know
