Delivery Policy

For all orders you are able to choose from the following options when you place your order:

• Free delivery by Royal Mail 2nd class post
• Royal Mail 1st class post - £2.95
• *Guaranteed Next Day Service - £6.95
• Free Guaranteed Next Day Service - On all orders over £150
• You can also collect in-store

We can also arrange timed and Saturday deliveries on request. Please let us know and we'll let you know the additional cost.

If you choose to collect from our Glasgow store, your order should be collected within 7 days of being notified that it's ready for collection. If you do not provide a delivery address, we'll contact you for one, if you're unable to provide an address, we'll assume you will collect from our Glasgow Store and your order should be collected within 7 days of being notified that it's ready for collection.

The delivery date for your order is an estimate only, we will under normal circumstances, complete your order within 4-5 days. If you need an order urgently, please phone or email us and we'll do everything to ensure we can meet your deadline. Some of our products have a longer lead time, which is clearly stated on the product description. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods nor will any delay entitle the buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.
