The companies mission statement is that we will give every client whether they are a large corporate organisation or small sports group a very personal service backed up by a professional attitude. We will utilise our craftsmanship to deliver a product that is unique and tailor made to suit the client's specification. It is important that the client receives what he has asked for and that all delivery times are met.

We will always keep abreast of changes in technology and will be renewing and upgrading our machines and software to keep ahead of these changes. Lastly we will deliver a product that is suited to the clients needs at a price that is within their budget.

The company opened another branch in 1985 on the North side of the Clyde in Glasgow, at this time another Crawford entered the business almost from school, this young man, Martin is now a partner in the Company and responsible for all the graphic and design work and general production. The shop also has office space and a highly productive workshop. We always use the latest engraving technology available. Over the years the company has always invested in the latest machinery, a fact that has helped us to stay ahead of the competition whilst maintaining lower cost products. All staff are fully trained in all aspects of engraving craftsmanship which guarantees that we can deliver a quality product.
